By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Overview of Services

YKIF Investments offers users the ability to invest Bitcoin (BTC) through our platform, where funds are transferred to a trading bot hosted on ByBit. The platform facilitates deposits, investments, and withdrawals.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
• No Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required.
• By using our platform, you confirm that investing in cryptocurrency is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Investment Terms

• Minimum deposit: $100 worth of BTC.
• No maximum deposit limit.
• Monthly returns of up to 5% based on the initial investment.
• Deposits can be made at any time.

4. Withdrawals

• Users may request withdrawals at any time.
• Withdrawals are processed only from the 1st to the 5th of each month.
• Users can withdraw only their initial investment plus generated returns. Attempts to withdraw more will be declined.
• Withdrawals are made in BTC to the wallet address specified by the user.

5. Fees

• YKIF Investments does not charge any additional fees beyond the network transaction fees for BTC deposits and withdrawals.
• Any third-party fees (e.g., blockchain transaction fees) are the responsibility of the user.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

• Investing in cryptocurrencies carries inherent risks, including market volatility.
• YKIF Investments does not guarantee profits and is not responsible for any losses.
• Users acknowledge that the trading bot’s performance may vary and that past returns do not guarantee future profits.

7. Account Registration & Security

• Users must register using an email or Google account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
• Any unauthorized access must be reported to YKIF Investments immediately.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Users agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, or fraudulent transactions.
• Attempt to exploit or manipulate the system in any way.
• Engage in any activity that may harm YKIF Investments or its users.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• User data is securely stored and protected.
• Transactions are recorded on-chain and accessible through the dashboard.
• YKIF Investments will never share user information with third parties except as required by law.

10. Modification of Terms

• YKIF Investments reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of any changes via email or platform notifications.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

• YKIF Investments is not liable for any financial losses resulting from investments or market fluctuations.
• The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• YKIF Investments is not responsible for third-party failures, including ByBit or blockchain network issues.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before seeking litigation.
